Unlike Exomiphora nottinghamae, this new Exomiphora specimen was discovered in North America, from a hoard found in the state of Washington. Its oral groove is larger than that of E. nottinghamae. Nothing more is currently known of its whereabouts and host, but all specimens thus far found bore the same bright red color. Species discovered and described by occlupanologist A. Welby.
