Often found in red. Processes on oral hooks and aboral region. Rounded corners. Size 26 mm x 21.5 mm.
Species named by occlupanologist A. Welby, whose father discovered this Tridentid specimen near a dumpster in New Hampshire. Carisma paternum has a significantly larger oral groove than C. matsumotoi.
