Four lobes on outer edge. 24mm x 21.6mm
Observed in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, invariably attached to baked goods, in two color morphs, white (without markings) and dark red (with markings). O. praedulcis shares the small lateral lobes of the Vadosulpalpus species, but on a wider body. The function of the unique markings are unknown. An experiment to determine if the small wheat-like shapes are a method of grain-camouflage has been proposed. Discovered by occlupanologist Y. Klish and described by occlupanologist C. Huning.
